1. Select Menue BOOKING
Simply at the main menue select "Booking" and "Book an Appointment"
2. Select Type of Treatment
A start page will be displayed where you may choose the beauty therapist and the type of treatment you would like to book.
Formerly the Google calendar was displayed here to find a day with a free time slot. Now you may find a free day conveniantly in our booking system.
It will take a few seconds until the booking system is displayed, because for every day of the month a check is beeing performed, if there is a free time slot.
3. Search a Day Free for a Booking
Select the month you want to make a booking. All days are marked green if there is a timeslot available for the shortest treatment listed. All days with no time availlable are marked red. Days the business is closed are marked with no color.
To find days with free time slots for treatments that last longer than 60 minutes, i.e. "For existing clients:Removal of old layers + new set", which takes 90 minutes, read chapter "9. Tips and Tricks".
4. Choose Date and Treatment
Select the treatment, the day and the beauty therapist. Free time slots will now be shown marked green.
Choose a time and click on button "Add to cart".
You may add more treatments to your cart. With the "back" button of the browser or with the main menue "Bookings" you get to the start page again to select another type of treatments. When you click on one of the buttons, you will find all your previously selected treatments still in the cart.
5. Finalize Booking
By clicking the blue button "Checkout" below the cart, you will reach the last page of the booking.
6. Confirm Booking
You are now requested to log in or register as a new client
When your name and email address are displaed correctly, you may submit the booking by accepting the privacy policy and the terms of service and click the button "Submit Booking"
7. Receive Confirmation of Booking
Only after receiving the booking confirmation on the display, the appointment is made. You will additionally receive a confirmation email with an ICS-Calendar file attached, which you may use to enter your appointment into your personal calendar.
Congratulations! You successfully booked an appointment.
In case the booking was made by mistake, you may cancel it immediately.
8. Immediate Cancellation
Below the booking confirmation you will find a summary of the booking with a red button "Cancel Booking".
You may cancel individual treatments by clicking the little white cross in a blue square.
After answering the confirmation question with yes, the booking will be canceled and you receive a confirmation on the screen, as well as by email.
9. Tips and Tricks
If you want to choose a distinct treatment, you may do this by clicking on one of the links at the bottom of the treatment desciption page.
This is especially helpfull for booking a treatment that last longer than 60 minutes, i.e. "For existing clients: Removal of old layers + new set".
This will be the only treatment displayed in the booking system and only days will be marked green that have time slots available for minimum the duration of the treatment, i.e. 90 minutes.
10. Login and Registration
To login or register before going to the booking system, you may select menue "Booking" and "Create an Account" or at the bottom of the website.
Log in with your user name and password.
If you are not yet a registered client of Jelwana Nails & Beauty, please register by clicking "Don't have an account?".
You will receive an email to acticate your account. Only after clicking the link in this email, you may log in and book appointments.
Important: If you do not find an email in your email inbox, please check your SPAM folder. Some times user of Apple iCloud will find our emails in the spam folder.
After loging in for the first time, you will see the welcome page where you can check and correct your data.
